Dates & Times

Main weekly session

Intro session is on Sunday 4 February 2024 at 8.30am with weekly sessions on Sundays ending on May 12. 

Sunday sessions are two hours, via Zoom, and it is OK to join late or leave early when you need. Sessions are also recorded if you can't make any and want to catch up.

Go Deeper with Live Meditations

Outside of the main weekly session, there are two live meditation sessions to choose from during the week at 7.30am Tuesday and Thursday.
